Each day boys’ high school lacrosse players, teams, and coaches earn a spot on the 2018 Stylax Stat Leaders and LaxRecords.com posts a daily item acknowledging the achievement.
Minimums for game stats are: 7 goals; 7 assists; 10 points; 25 saves; 65 percent of faceoffs won
Minimums for season stats are: 70 goals; 40 assists; 90 points; 250 saves; 65 percent of faceoffs won
Team Minimums: 15 Consecutive Wins; 25 Goals Scored; 4 Overtimes
Calvert Hall (Md.) head coach Bryan Kelly won the 250th game of his career with an 11–6 win over Conestoga (Pa.) on March 23.
Tanner Price from Trinity Christian (Ga.) had an impressive three-game stretch. The sophomore amassed 34 points in three games. He scored 11 points against Duluth (Ga.) and Dalton (Ga.) on March 23 and 24 respectively. Then he posted 12 points against Union Grove (Ga.) on March 26. In nine games Price has 95 points.
Mason Depaola scored 12 points for Rancho Cotate (Calif.) in the win over Cardinal Newman (Calif.). This was Depaola’s sixth game of the year with at least 10 points. He has 90 points through 10 games.
Logan Wells tallied 12 points for Eaglecrest (Colo.) in a 20–6 win over Englewood (Colo.) on March 19. The junior had seven assists and five goals.
Nate Bays scored 10 points for Putnam County (W.Va.) in a 12–9 win over Buckhannon-Upshur (W.Va.) on March 17.
Max Kruszeski scored eight goals and had one assists for Mattituck Southold (N.Y.) in a 16–6 win over East Hampton/South Hampton (N.Y.).
Dan Dowiak scored eight goals for Pine-Richland (Pa.) in an 11–7 win over North Alleghany (Pa.).
Jace Conley scored seven goals for OL St. Mary’s (Mich.) against Clarkston (Mich.) on March 27. The senior also had two assists.
Matt Brock won 81 percent of his opportunties for Perkiomen Valley (Pa.) in a 10–7 win over West Chester East (Pa.). Brock also scored two goals and had 11 ground balls.
Mike McShea won 10 of 13 faceoffs for Radnor (Pa.) in an 11–4 win over Wissahickon (Pa.) on Tuesday.
Matt Young won 13 of 21 for Haverford High School (Pa.) in a 16–6 win over Council Rock North (Pa.).
Dan Umbro won 14 of 18 faceoffs for Harrison (N.Y.) in an 8–7 overtime win over Byram Hills (N.Y.).
