I’m playing a little bit of catch up after a busy weekend. Players from the West Coast had big games over the last week to earn spots on several lists, including a 12-point performance from a California junior. A pair of Washington athletes score seven goals in wins over the weekend and Nathan Solomon creeps ever closer to the 600 career point mark.
As boys’ high school lacrosse players, teams and coaches earn a spot, and are reported, on our 2015 Best Known Lacrosse Performances list, LaxRecords.com posts a daily recap acknowledging the performance.
There are multiple ways to submit a performance for inclusion on our Best Known Performances list. You can use one of our submission forms (links below), which is the easiest way. Or you can email Mike Loveday at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Centennial (Ga.) senior Nathan Solomon continued his assault on the record book with an 11 point game (six goals, five assists) in a 21-4 win over Montgomery Bell Academy (Tenn.) on April 18. Solomon has scored at least 10 points, five times this season. The Syracuse commit has 575 career points with four regular season games remaining. He is likely to become just the third known player to reach the 600 point mark in his high school career.
North Paulding puts its name on the Most Goals in a Game list for the second time this season with a 25 goal outburst in the win over East Paulding. The Wolfpack also scored 25 goals in a March 3 game at Pebblebrook (Ga.).
